Westridge has designed homes on challenging lots as well as many lake homes. Builder University
Westridge Builders employs the Construction Training Network, a web-based training program that keeps contractors up-to-date with best installation practices, to ensure quality in all of their home lines.
This training program is designed to provide contractors and their employers with meaningful information to enhance the understanding of today’s construction processes — from excavation to completion. Videos of installations, introductory engineering, and building science give a first-hand look at new techniques in the industry. The goal is to prepare and educate contractors before they set foot on your jobsite. The Builder University allows installers to acquire the tools they need to analyze difficult problems in a controlled setting before they encounter them on an actual job.

Interior Design
Westridge Builders offers design assistance to every customer to help with their selections. Before your build begins, you will meet Leslie Rather, Westridge’s full-time Interior Designer. She will take you through the selection process and help you coodinate everything from exterior siding and brick to flooring and countertops.
Remodeling
Westridge Builders, Inc. offers remodeling services for the many home owners that are ready to finish off their basement or add a room to their home. As finished basement experts, Westridge knows how to utilize the space of a lower level for maximum effect. Whether you want a home theater, bar, game area, or an extra bedroom, Westridge has done it in many of their award-winning models and can do it for you.
Warranties
Westridge Builders, Inc. constructs homes using the Metropolitan Builders Association of Greater Milwaukee standards and warrants each home to those standards for one year. Westridge also offers a 10-year Structural Warranty and Manufacturer’s Warranties on systems and components.
